SUMMARY:
Mr. Barry is the associate test engineer in-circuit test (ICT) and functional card test (FCT) applications, mostly
on the Teradyne Z18XX test system. Mr. Barry also supports the esreveR Robotics System as the hardware technician.
Mr. Barry designed the Robotics measurement system.
EXPERIENCE:
1995 to Present: - VALUE Engineering
- Lead in-circuit test (ICT) Programmer. Partnered with Vaughan Carlson to complete over 100 Teradyne Z18XX
test programs per year.
- Includes functional card testing for telecommunications, medical and power supply applications.
- Partnered with Mr. Carlson to complete about 12 Schlumberger 3XX ICT programs/year.
- Developed hardware measurement system for esreveR robotics system. Designed 48-channel measurement capability
for customized application.
1992 to 1995: Sealand Services, Inc.
- Radio Electronics Officer in the Merchant Marine with a current FCC License Radio Telegraph (license # T2-HQ-10857).
- Maintained radio console, radar and collision avoidance systems, satcom, bridge navigation systems (GPS, Decca,
Loran), steering gear, ruder controllers, and personal computers..
- Responsible for sending and receiving radio traffic and maintaining the safety watch on international marine
radio calling frequencies.
1991 to 1995: Part-time Contractor for VALUE Engineering. ICT and FCT programmer for 3XX and
18XX applications.
1982 to 1992: Technician Level "AA" for SCI Systems, Huntsville, AL. ICT and FCT programmer
and technician for high-volume applications in the PC and medical industries.

- 1976 to 1979: Palm Beach Junior College, Palm Beach, FL Achieved Associates of Science in Electronic
Technology in a State accredited college, Completed this two-year Associates Degree with a GPA of 3.2 of 4.0.
- 1986 to 1988: Calhoun Community College and University of Alabama at Huntsville Completed classes Calculus
I, II and III (among other coursework) with a GPA of 4.0 of 4.0.
- 1992 to 1994: Radio Officers Union, Panama City Beach, FL Completed classes in Collision Avoidance
